Why Skylar wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
I want to be a voice for children fighting cancer because I am lucky enough to live everyday without going through the endless struggles of cancer. I also want to be a voice for the voiceless. I have been inspired by the children who fight cancer everyday and some of those children don’t get to dance like I do, so I need to be their voice. Knowing that through my passion I can be a voice for children fighting cancer makes me feel so lucky. I want to help children overcome their fight, and that is why I want to be a voice for children fighting cancer!
