Why Sofia wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
As I get older, I’ve realized the struggles other kids have such as fighting cancer and other life struggles. I have made it my mission to not only give back but to make others aware and hope that together we can give them happy moments. Moments that they can have with family and friends without doctors or hospitals. This year I started this mission by giving my birthday gift to Give Kids the World. I asked my family and friends to not get me anything for my birthday but instead donate in my name to this nonprofit organization that allows kids that are fighting cancer have a cost free trip to Florida with their family. So far we have raised $150, it’s not much but it’s a beginning❤
