Why Kaitlyn wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:

I would love to be a voice for childhood cancer. I have witnessed childhood cancer firsthand with a two year old who adores me as I do her. There needs to be more awareness and research for this horrible disease. I would love to be someone they can look up to and inspire them.
