Why Joely wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:

My best friend’s dad passed away in June. I witnessed a lot of children receiving treatment while visiting him and it’s heartbreaking. I have a great deal of empathy for these kids, and fighting cancer will be a lifelong commitment for me. I am involved in the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society in Tampa and will be leading my team of walkers on November 17th for Light the Night. So far, my team has raised over $500 for cancer research.
