Why Emilee wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
I want to be a voice for children fighting cancer because I want to make a difference doing something that I love. Through dance I am able to tell a story, share joy, or help transport somebody from their current situation for only a few short minutes. I think we are all very guilty of taking every little thing for granted. I want to be a voice that reminds people to dance like nobody is watching, sing at the top of your lungs, do the things that you love to do, and cherish every single second.
