Why Brooke wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
So much of my family has had cancer affect someone they love. I lost my grandfather to brain cancer who was only 60 years old. He died 10 months from when he was diagnosed. It has made me more aware of cancer, and knowing there are children who are sick–makes me want to use social media and my own voice to bring awareness to childhood cancer. I want those who are affected by cancer to know they are not alone, and there are so many of us who are willing to be their voice to raise awareness, and support them any way we can. I am a dancer against cancer and never want anyone to feel alone!
