Why Sophia wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:

Cancer has always been an influence in my life. From experiencing painful memories of losing my loved ones to cancer or just even seeing it all over the news and hearing it over and over, it has affected me. I have a big heart and a caring spirit in me. I want to be involved in Dance Hope Cure to fight back and represent the many many voices of children who are fighting cancer with all their might, they are the true heroes. In another instance, dance is a universal language. It’s a strong powerful movement language that speaks to many without even using words. Dancing against cancer is a strong, unique, and powerful way we can spread awareness to everyone in the world to step in and help, donate and support those who are beating or having cancer. Dancing is my passion, and being a part of a group like this would be a dream come true for me. I would love to be a part of an organization like this because I want to be involved, I want to help, and I want to spread awareness.
