Why sierra wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:

I would love to be a voice for children fighting cancer because cancer is a horrible disease that almost stole my childhood best friend from me. I am lucky enough to have the ability to dance and I would love to dance for a bigger purpose and advocate for those who cannot dance.
