Why Sarah wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
Cancer has impacted my life with family and friends. I have lost many to cancer. I have had some friends who have fought the battle and happily won. I saw how important it was for research and for people to provide opportunities for these children to experience life to the fullest. I am currently dealing with a cancer experience. It is her mom, I know this is not a child but I see the impact on my friend. Dance is the only outlet my friend has to escape. I feel that children with cancer and children of family members who have cancer should have as many positive experiences in their lives. Dance is that positive experience.
