Why Paige is a voice for children fighting cancer:

Many of us know or have known someone fighting cancer. For me, it was my mother and my good friend, Tucker. My mother unfortunately, lost her battle, but Tucker is 15 years cancer free and has lived his life with dignity and grace, inspiring others to fight for a cure. I attend Penn State University – home to the largest student-run philanthropy in the world – where we raise millions of dollars for the Four Diamonds fund every year. Through Penn State THON, I have danced for 46 hours straight TWICE in the last 3 years. THON is something very important to me and I love any opportunity to get more involved in ways to find a cure. Because of the impact that both my mother and my friend Tucker have made in my life, I am hoping to attend medical school in the future so that I can care for children with cancer. I hope to create more memories, more smiles, and more opportunities to dance for a cure for the children battling cancer.
