Why Lily wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
I would love to be a voice to kids fighting cancer because of my grandpa. My grandpa, “Pa” would never miss one of my dance performances or my brother’s hockey games. He is always there for us. When he was diagnosed with cancer, it was incredibly painful for my family and I. At the present time, he is doing great and we feel so lucky. I love to help out in anyway I can, even in smaller ways such as holding lemonade stands or donating birthday presents to charities like Friends of Kids with Cancer. I believe that anyone can make a difference, even if it is in smaller ways.
