Why Lexi wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
I would like to be a voice for children fighting cancer because cancer affects too many kids that have such a bright future ahead of them. I am so moved by the stories of many Dance Hope Cure ambassadors. It truly takes courage and resilience to fight cancer. I think that it is important to bring people’s attention to the children who are fighting so hard every day. Dance is a beautiful art that allows for anyone to express their emotions. This is why I feel that dance is such a powerful way to unite everyone and make a positive impact on the lives of children fighting this awful disease.
