Why Katie wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
I would love to be a voice for children fighting cancer for many reasons, one being that I love children. I love children so much and ever since I was 8 years old I have always donated money to foundations that support children with cancer. It always makes me feel good to know that I am helping someone and that I made a difference. It is July 3rd and I promised myself that I would try my best to have an amazing summer and this is definitely what will make my summer worth wild. I can’t express enough how much I would love to be a voice for children fighting cancer. A lot of kids can’t speak up for themselves so I am going to take the opportunity I have to do so.
