Why Katelyn wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
I would love to be a voice for children fighting cancer for so many reasons. I would have to say the main few reasons that I would like to serve as a voice for these children would be that childhood cancer is such an awful thing to have to encounter. I would love to be able to advocate for all children fighting this awful disease by helping to spread awareness and raise money to combat this disease through something I am extremely passionate about: dance. To have the opportunity to be able to use dance as a tool to benefit others is something that really speaks to me because it is such an amazing thing to have the ability to do.
