Why Kamdyn wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
Until recently, I hadn’t known many children with cancer. In the last few years, though, that changed. Through dance, I have met so many people. One of those girls discovered she had DIPG about a year ago. I went from watching her dance to watching her go through cancer treatments. She is still fighting and has surpassed the time they had given her! Unfortunately, a young girl from my moms home town passed away from cancer. She was younger than me. That’s not fair. I’d love to be a voice for them and help raise awareness for this awful disease!
