Why Jessica wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
I would like to be a voice for children fighting cancer for two reasons. The first reason is because I lost one of my best friends to leukemia when I was ten years old, and ever since then, I have had a very serious and heart-felt urge to help those that are going through something as horrible as cancer. The second reason is because I feel that being a dancer can help me spread awareness for children fighting cancer in huge ways. Being a dancer gives me a big platform to work with, and I feel that representing Dance Hope Cure is the perfect thing for me to do.
