Why Javon wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
When I was very young, my grandma died from cancer. I began looking more into cancer. I saw how the lives of children with cancer could be so different yet similar to a child without cancer. I want to be a voice and be heard in the fight against cancer, especially in children. A child should be able to pursue their biggest hopes and dreams and not be looked at or judged differently. Kids with cancer should have a normal life. I would love to represent an organization that advocates in the fight against childhood cancer. I hope you consider me for this wonderful opportunity.
