Why Caidyn wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
My brother Cameron battled Ewing sarcoma the first year I made the dance team at my studio. I used dance as a way to express how I was feeling about what my brother was going through. I danced to forget about how scared I was about what my family was going through. Cam would come to get me at the end of some of my practices and we would all get in a circle and dance together. I loved seeing how happy he was dancing around with all of us. I want other cancer kids to be able to use dance to forget about how hard what they are going through is and to just have fun and live in that moment.
