Why Autumn wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
I recently lost my grandmother to cancer, and it was the hardest thing I’ve ever had to go through. I would love to share with other dancers how extremely important dance is in my life, as well as in hers. She loved to watch me dance, and I’d give anything to see her again. Dance can help you get through so many things. I would love for other dancers to be able to feel that and be able to express themselves. I want to give people with cancer an outlet to escape their pain even if it’s for a short while.
