Why Anis wants to be a voice for children fighting cancer:
Cancer affected my life before I was even born. My grandmother passed away 2 months prior to my birth from complications, due to the affects of cancer on her body. I didn’t get to meet her but I carry her in my heart and mind in everything I do. Being a voice for children fighting cancer would not only make her proud of me but it would also allow me to help bring comfort and hope to all fighting this terrible disease.
